Promo terms — market introduction offer

Last updated: 5 May 2026. These terms supplement the general terms for the current market introduction offer.

1. Organiser

Studio Apps Sp. z o.o., ul. Warszawska 40, lok. 2A, 40-008 Katowice, Poland, KRS 0001226501.

2. Offer

Discount of 30% / 25% / 20% on the regular price of Starter, Professional and Business packages as published at apartmentsite.at/en/preise. Exact discount per the offer email. Maximum discount: 30%.

3. Period

From 3 May 2026 to 30 June 2026 or until 50 contracts are concluded, whichever comes first.

4. Personal scope

Once per customer. Not combinable with other promotions. One offer per apartment business (same owner / brand).

5. How to use

Enter the promo code from the offer email at checkout or use the offer link.

6. Price basis

Regular prices = €690 (Starter), €1,130 (Professional), €1,990 (Business), permanently published at apartmentsite.at/en/preise and valid for at least three months after the introduction phase ends.

7. Link with portfolio consent

The market introduction offer may be linked to extended portfolio consent (§ 12 T&C). Consent is voluntary; without consent the regular price is available. Withdrawing consent later does not retroactively raise the introduction price.

8. Cancellation

Cancelling the order after using the offer forfeits the discount. Re-use is excluded. Consumer right of withdrawal under § 13 T&C and the withdrawal information remains unaffected.

9. Market introduction character (PAngV § 11)

This is a market introduction offer in the meaning of established case law (cf. BGH I ZR 175/14). The 30-day previous-price reference under § 11 Preisangabenverordnung (Germany) / § 5a Preisauszeichnungsgesetz (Austria) does not apply, because the regular price is being established by this introduction and is intended to remain permanent. A dated internal pricing strategy exists and will be presented to a competent authority on request.

10. Legal recourse

Legal recourse excluded as far as legally permissible.

11. Severability

If individual provisions are invalid, the rest remain effective.
