Right of withdrawal

This withdrawal information applies to contracts between Studio Apps Sp. z o.o. and consumers within the meaning of § 1 KSchG / § 13 BGB. Business customers have no right of withdrawal; § 13 of our terms sets out consumer-only provisions.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of contract conclusion.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early loss / pro-rata compensation for services

If you requested that performance begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount which is in proportion to what has been performed until you have communicated your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Note: For service contracts, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if the provider has fully performed the service and started performance only after the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost upon full performance (§ 18(1)(1) FAGG / § 356(4) BGB).
