Everyone on the team sees only their area
The more hands work in the system, the more important the question becomes: who may see what β and who changed what? In the apartmentsite.at panel, you assign roles with clear boundaries, and the change log records every adjustment without gaps. You hand over responsibility without handing over control.
Roles with clear boundaries
The manager works with bookings, the cleaner sees only her tasks, the accountant only receipts and reports. Nobody sees more than their work requires β guest data and revenue stay protected.
A change log without gaps
Price adjusted, booking moved, cancellation rule changed? The log shows who it was and when. Debates along the lines of βthat wasnβt meβ resolve themselves β you simply look it up.
Several companies, one account
As a manager, you run several companies and owners in a single account β owner statements included. And it stays cleanly separated who sees which properties and which numbers.
Hand over responsibility without the risk
Holidays, sickness, growth: you bring new people onto the team, give them exactly the right slice β and can see in the log at any time what happened while you were away.
Three steps to clear responsibilities.
- 01
Create a role
You invite a team member and choose the role β manager, cleaner or accountant, for instance. That fixes what they can see.
- 02
Everyone works in their slice
Each team member logs in and sees only their area. No accidental changes in someone elseβs modules, no curious eyes on revenue.
- 03
Check the log when needed
In the change log, you see chronologically who adjusted what and when. If anything is unclear, the answer is one click away.
FAQ
- Does every additional team member cost extra?
- No, roles and the change log are part of the subscription β there are no locked modules. The price depends on the number of your apartments (from β¬49/month, calculator on the pricing page), not on the number of people working with you.
- Can the accountant change bookings?
- Not if you donβt want them to. The role determines what is visible and what is editable. The accountant works with receipts, invoices and reports β bookings, prices and guest communication stay outside their area. And if something does get changed: the log shows it.
- Is this suitable for managers with several owners?
- Yes, that is exactly what it is built for. You run several companies in one account, settle with owners cleanly and control per person which properties and numbers are visible. The change log adds the accountability that owners expect from a professional manager.
- How far back does the change log go?
- The log runs without gaps from the day your system starts. Every relevant change is recorded with person and time β so even weeks later you can trace who moved a booking or adjusted a price. You can see it with sample data in the demo panel.
