Frequently asked questions

Answers to the most common questions about apartmentsite — pricing, free test, delivery.

Will Airbnb and Booking get upset that I have my own website?

No. You can run platform listings and your own website in parallel — that's what most professional operators do. We sync the availability calendar both ways, so there's practically no risk of double bookings.

How will guests find my website?

Three channels: SEO (we set up Google Maps and Search Console as part of the package), repeat guests (after the first booking they know your domain), and direct traffic (corporate clients and mid-term guests who shop outside the platforms).

What if I don't like the finished website?

You lose nothing. The website is paused, your material stays yours — and you haven't paid a cent. It's literally zero risk for you. And you're covered after launch too: a 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

How much does it cost?

One subscription, everything included: from €49/month for one apartment — including domain, hosting, a booking calendar synced with Airbnb and Booking, online payments, the management panel and updates. The price grows with the number of apartments — the calculator on the pricing page shows your exact amount. Before that, you test your finished website free for 14 days.

How do guests pay — and are there any fees?

That is up to you. Guests can pay by bank transfer directly into your account — with no fees at all. Optionally we enable online payments (credit card via Stripe, plus PayPal and Klarna): the money goes straight to your own payment account, and the payment provider's usual fees apply — you agree those directly with the provider. You pay us nothing for this — no middleman commission is deducted.

Is there a long-term contract?

No, no minimum term. The subscription runs for an indefinite period and renews automatically — you cancel any time, effective at the end of the current period (monthly or yearly). No hidden costs, your materials always remain yours.

Who owns my domain?

You do. The domain is registered in your name — you are and remain its owner. We only set it up for you and connect it to your website. If you ever leave, you naturally take your domain with you.

What data do you need to start?

Just the links to your Airbnb or Booking listings. From them we automatically pull photos, descriptions, prices and availability. The rest — colours, logo, additional content — we can adjust during the project.

Are you an Austrian company?

No. Studio Apps is a Polish company that supports apartment hosts across Europe — each in their own language. We know the local rental regulations of each market and work with hosts in Austria, Germany, Poland, Italy, France, Spain and the Netherlands, among others.

What happens to my website if apartmentsite ever shuts down?

You are not left empty-handed. It is contractually guaranteed (Terms § 9): at the end of the contract you receive a complete export package within 14 days — source code, content and your booking data. Your domain belongs to you anyway. Any web agency can keep your website running with that.
