FAQ
- Can I define the invoice details myself?
- Yes. You enter your company details once in the master data — name, address, tax details. From then on, the system applies them automatically to every invoice. Line items such as the cleaning fee follow what you have set up for each apartment. You write nothing twice and have to remember nothing.
- How is the city tax shown?
- As its own line item on the invoice, separate from accommodation and cleaning. The guest sees the amount in black and white, and you have the city tax cleanly documented when you pass it on to the municipality. VAT is broken down separately in the same way — no lump sum where nobody later knows what is inside.
- What if I have several companies?
- Then you assign each apartment to the right company, and the invoice automatically carries that company’s details. Several companies can be run in one account — each with its own invoices and its own VAT settlement. More on this on the “Several companies under one roof” page.
- Does the invoicing feature cost extra?
- No. Automatic invoices are included in the subscription from €49/month — like every feature. There are no locked modules and no surcharges for “pro features”. You can test everything free for 14 days, without a credit card, and look at the invoices with real test bookings.
