Several companies under one roof
Larger portfolios rarely grow within a single entity — you end up with two or three companies, each with its own accounting, while you juggle separate programs and logins. With apartmentsite, you run all your companies in one account, cleanly separated where it matters.
Own details for each company
Each entity has its own name, address and tax details in the system. Invoices automatically carry the details of the company that owns the apartment in question — mix-ups are impossible.
Own Stripe account for each company
Online payments land directly with the right entity, not in one shared pot you have to untangle later. The money flows stay as separate as your balance sheets.
Separate VAT settlement
Each company settles its VAT on its own. Your accountant gets clean numbers per entity — without anyone sorting bookings apart by hand.
One login, full overview
You and your team work in one system across all companies. Roles govern who may do what, and a change log records who changed what — control that grows with your portfolio.
You set up the separation once — after that, the system thinks along with you.
- 01
Create the companies
You enter each entity with its master data, tax details and its own Stripe account.
- 02
Assign the apartments
Each apartment is assigned to its company. That settles who issues invoices and where payments flow.
- 03
Everything runs separately by itself
Invoices, incoming payments and VAT settlement run per company — while you see the whole portfolio in one calendar and one panel.
FAQ
- Do I need this feature with just one apartment?
- No — then you simply skip it. The feature is aimed at managers and hosts with larger portfolios whose apartments are spread across several entities. With one apartment and one company you will never notice it, and it costs nothing extra either: there are no locked modules.
- How are the companies’ payments kept separate?
- Each company is connected to its own Stripe account. When a guest books an apartment, the payment flows directly to the entity that apartment is assigned to. There is no shared account you have to split up at the end of the month — the separation happens at the moment of payment.
- Do I keep control when my team works in the system?
- Yes. You assign roles to your team, and a change log documents who changed what and when. Especially anyone responsible for several entities and other people’s property needs this traceability — you can see at any time what happened in the system, without looking over everyone’s shoulder.
- What does managing several companies cost?
- The price depends on the number of your apartments, not the number of companies — from €49/month, 17% cheaper with annual payment. The calculator on the pricing page shows your total. You can test everything free for 14 days, without a credit card, including the company separation.
