- Do I have to build the website myself?
- No, apartmentsite is not a site builder. We handle the complete setup: page structure, texts, photos, booking system and legal pages. You only send us the links to your existing listings. After handover, you can change content yourself in the editor at any time — no coding skills needed, and only if you want to.
- Is my own domain included in the price?
- Yes, the domain including an SSL certificate is part of the subscription, just like hosting and ongoing updates. There is no setup fee and no locked modules. The subscription starts at €49 per month for one apartment and grows with the number of properties — pay annually and you save 17 per cent.
- Does the website replace my platform listings?
- No, it complements them. Your listings on Booking.com and Airbnb keep running as before — your own website is an additional, commission-free channel alongside them. Returning guests, referrals and Google visitors book directly with you, while the calendars sync with the platforms via iCal in both directions.
- Can I see the result beforehand?
- Yes, in two ways: the showcase website Amelia Residenzen from Vienna shows what a finished brand website looks like, and at demo.apartmentsite.at you can click through the admin panel without registering. On top of that, you get 14 days of free testing from handover and a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from activation.
