Which languages are supported?
Your website comes in German, English, Polish and Italian, and the guest messages follow the guest’s language. When exactly does the system send the access code?
In good time before arrival, so the guest has everything they need at check-in. The system knows the arrival date from the booking and schedules the message accordingly. If the date changes, the sending shifts with it — you do not have to retrigger anything or keep it in mind.
Does the guest journey also work for platform bookings?
