FAQ

How many apartments and owners is this suited to?
From the very first managed apartment. The price depends on the number of apartments — the calculator on the pricing page shows your total. The feature pays off especially as portfolios grow: every new owner is an entry in the system, not yet another spreadsheet you have to maintain.
What happens with a cancellation after the statement?
The system creates a correction that flows into the next statement. The owner sees exactly which booking was cancelled and how the amount changes. So you never have to explain anything by email or rebuild spreadsheets retroactively — the numbers stay transparent for both sides.
Can I back up every number to my owners?
Yes — that is the heart of the feature. Every statement lists the underlying bookings; every payout is in the history. Anyone managing someone else’s property has to be able to account for it; with the documented history, you answer queries in minutes instead of evenings.
Does this also work with several companies?
Yes. If your apartments are spread across several companies, you run them all in one account — each with its own master data, invoices and VAT settlement. Owner statements run per apartment through the company responsible. Details on the “Several companies under one roof” page.
