Apartment pages that convince
Before every booking, guests ask themselves the same questions: What does it really look like? Who sleeps where? What’s allowed? Every property gets its own page on your website that answers exactly these questions — before they land in your inbox or on your phone.
Gallery with photo tags
Your photos are tagged by room: kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, balcony. Guests jump straight to the area they care about instead of clicking through an unsorted flood of images. That builds confidence in what they’re booking.
Amenities at a glance
WiFi, dishwasher, parking, air conditioning — the amenities appear as a clear list, not buried in a paragraph. Guests check in seconds whether everything they need is there, and book feeling sure.
Bedroom layout clearly shown
Which room has the double bed, where is the sofa bed? The page shows the layout room by room. Families and groups in particular decide on exactly this — and arrive without any unpleasant surprises.
House rules and FAQ settled up front
Check-in times, smoking, pets, frequent questions: it’s all right there on the apartment page. That spares you the same recurring enquiries — and spares your guests uncertainty before booking.
Here’s how the page for each of your apartments comes together:
- 01
Content from your listings
We take photos, descriptions, amenities and rules from your existing listings on Airbnb or Booking.com — you only provide the links.
- 02
Built out in 48 hours
Within 48 hours, every apartment page is fully structured: tagged gallery, amenities list, bedroom layout, house rules and FAQ.
- 03
Maintain it yourself in the editor
New photos, updated rules, different prices? You adjust every page yourself — no developer needed, any time.
FAQ
- How is the page different from my platform listing?
- The apartment page belongs to you and follows your brand — you decide the layout, colours and content, not a platform’s grid. It complements your listings as an additional, commission-free channel: guests who arrive via Google, referrals or as returning guests book directly with you here, with the same up-to-date calendar data.
- Do guests book directly on the apartment page?
- Yes, every page leads straight to the online booking. Guests pay via Stripe, PayPal or Klarna — a deposit right away, the rest before arrival. After that, the automatic emails take over: confirmation, pre-arrival info, access code and, after the stay, the request for a review.
- How much maintenance work will I have?
- Almost none day to day. Availability updates itself via the calendar, including iCal sync in both directions with Booking.com, Airbnb and Vrbo. Only when something about the apartment itself changes — new photos, different house rules — do you adjust the page in the editor, in a few minutes.
- Do the pages also work with many apartments?
- Yes, every apartment automatically gets its own page, whether you manage two or twenty. The search with filters guides guests to the right property, and per-apartment reports show you where bookings come from — your own website or the platforms. Property managers can even run several companies in one account.
